Dirty diet vs
clean diet


Ok now we
will look at a clean and dirty diet.

This will cover most all of the things you need in a
good diet

And then I will
show all the bad things you don’t need in a diet


This is why
people end up sick and ill and relies on
doctors giving them medication to help with illness if your diet sucks you will
suck simple as that.


Bad diet

Meal 1 chips
cheese burger drink of coke

Meal 2 big
plate of chips couple bags of crisps

Meal 3 coffee
couple of bisects


This is no
were near good for gaining size or staying healthy tuns of sugar salt and
little to none vitamin.

Good diet

Meal 1 orange drink fresh squeezed. 4 eggs whole oat
meal

Meal 2
tuna pasta salad 1 tspoon olive oil

Meal 3
chicken breast with asparagus banana

Meal 4 whole grain rice tin of tuna tspoon olive
oil

Meal 5
chicken breast asparagus banana

This is far
more efficient than the other diet because we cover fats carbs protein


Also it is
better to eat more spaced out meals because it will help fire up your metabolism
keeping you lean.
