over the world by thousands and is very popular. All types of people train
there from famous actors to the world’s best bodybuilders and even your average
person like your gran and granddad just keeping themselves fit.

This is a
typical dirty food diet

High fat high
salt sugar

Moderation is
good but every day is not, make food your lifestyle now and again fit these
types in.

Chips

Burgers

Pizza

Coke

Ice creams

Fried chicken

Everything
that pretty much tastes good is not so good on heath.




This is the
type of food you would eat on a clean diet


Good whole
grain bread

Tomatoes

Almonds

Cucumber


All nutrient
rich food

Ok now we
will look at a clean and dirty diet.

This will cover most all of the things you need in a
good diet

And then I will
show all the bad things you don’t need in a diet


This is why
people end up sick and ill and relies on
doctors giving them medication to help with illness if your diet sucks you will
suck simple as that.


Bad diet

Meal 1 chips
cheese burger drink of coke

Meal 2 big
plate of chips couple bags of crisps

Meal 3 coffee
couple of bisects


This is no
were near good for gaining size or staying healthy tuns of sugar salt and
little to none vitamin.

Good diet

Meal 1 orange drink fresh squeezed. 4 eggs whole oat
meal

Meal 2
tuna pasta salad 1 tspoon olive oil

Meal 3
chicken breast with asparagus banana

Meal 4 whole grain rice tin of tuna tspoon olive
oil

Meal 5
chicken breast asparagus banana

This is far
more efficient than the other diet because we cover fats carbs protein


Also it is
better to eat more spaced out meals because it will help fire up your metabolism
keeping you lean.

calories vs dirty calories

Some
people believe in a calorie is just a calorie even if its from dirty foods

So what is
dirty food? Dirty food is a saying that people use to describe unhealthy
calories from things like cheese burgers chips heavy sauces like curry sauces.

In reality a
calorie is just a calorie but when we think of its purpose it is just there for
to fuel your body with energy but when it comes to keeping weight under control
and building muscle eating burger chips is not the best why? Because it is not nutrient
rich dense meaning it has no value is amino acids or healthy fats or minerals. We need healthy fats and minerals
to keep are body skin etc in good care. And healthy fat for hormone production.


Dirty foods
are to high in trans fats and heavy salt and a bunk load of calories

This is not
good because this can lead to increased blood pressure heart attack and all
other health problems. But there is a
thing as moderation for these foods.
